Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are signing and agreeing to the following terms and conditions for the work I perform.
NOTICE
• A signature will be present somewhere subtlety on all works
• Unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of commission, your commissions creation process may be recorded and uploaded to social media at any given time, with or without credit or notice to you.
• before filing a CHARGEBACK please reach out at xcreativeasrts3dx@gmail.com (xcreativeasrts3dx@gmail.com)to resolve the issue first, you can expect a response within 3-5 business days.
• If a CHARGEBACK is filed without reaching out first, your request with your bank may be disputed and denied, resulting in a denied credit/ refund.
Requirements
• Reference sheet will be needed in most cases.
• Quick & clear communication (Speeds up the process)
• Payment due in full upon approval for the commission (work will not start until payment has processed)
• if not paid in full a refund may be issued and your commission slot may be given to another customer.
Your Rights & Responsibilities
• You retain full rights to your Characters designs, including makeover/ redesigns and or adopts.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of the commission, I retain the right to request my work to be removed from any social media platform or public space.
• Commissions cannot be used for commercial purpose in any way.
• Tracing is strictly prohibited
-The following are permitted-
• Reselling
• Referencing
• Redesigns of characters
What you'll receive
• Watermarked version of the work (preferable when posting on socials or around potential thieves)
• Non watermarked version
• Consistent visual updates on your piece
• Approval requests to move to the next phase of work
• If purchasing a physical item such as a sticker pack, a tracking number will be provided, please see the Shipping Policy for more info
Revisions
• Unlimited revisions when in the sketching phase
• Once in the line art phase, each revision or major change will be an additional $10 due immediately
• Once in the shading and rendering phase revisions will not be possible.
Working Time
• Working time will vary for every piece. Once payment is received an estimation of the working window will be provided.
• Working window may change due to external factors (compensation will be provided in most cases)
• Days missed due to a lack of communication, on the customers end will NOT count towards the working days.
• You will receive updates on changes to the working time as they come.
• You will be notified as soon as a piece is complete and ready for download.
Cancelations & Refunds
• A commission may be cancelled at any time, please reach out to me at xcreativearts3dx@gmail.com (xcreativearts3dx@gmail.com)to cancel your commission.
• A partial refund will be issued within 3-5 days of cancellation.
• Full refunds cannot be issued once work on your commission has begun.
• A cancelation and refund may be issued if there's no response from the customer within 7 days of reaching out.
